Responsible Gaming
kc99 is committed to ensuring every player in Bangladesh enjoys a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming experience. Play responsibly — for fun, not as a financial solution.
At kc99, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core part of how we operate. We believe that online gaming should always be a form of entertainment, and we are dedicated to providing tools, resources, and guidance to help every player in Bangladesh manage their activity in a healthy and sustainable way.
Whether you enjoy cricket betting during the BPL season, spinning the reels on our top slot titles, or joining live casino tables, we want your experience at kc99 to remain enjoyable and within your personal limits. Our responsible gaming framework is built around transparency, player empowerment, and genuine care for the well-being of our community.
⚠️ Important: Gambling should never be seen as a way to earn money or solve financial problems. If you ever feel that gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please use our support tools or contact our team immediately.
Age Verification
kc99 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy. All players must be 21 years or older to register and play on our platform. We conduct verification checks to prevent underage gambling. Playing at kc99 is for adults in Bangladesh aged 21 and above only.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Our time-out feature allows you to pause your kc99 account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or access your gaming history. This gives you the breathing room to step back and reassess.
Self-Exclusion
For players who feel they need a longer break, kc99 offers a self-exclusion programme. Once activated, your account will be locked for a minimum of 6 months, up to a permanent closure if requested. Self-exclusion is a serious but important step — we process every request promptly and confidentially.
Deposit Limits
Take control of your spending by setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your kc99 account. Whether you fund via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, your set limit will automatically prevent additional deposits once the threshold is reached. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; requesting an increase has a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Session Time Limits
It can be easy to lose track of time when you are deep in a cricket betting session or enjoying a live casino game. kc99 lets you set a session time limit so that you receive an alert or automatic logout after a defined period. Keeping sessions short and intentional is a hallmark of responsible gaming.
Reality Check Reminders
Our reality check feature sends you periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent during your session. These pop-up reminders are designed to encourage mindful gaming without disrupting your experience unnecessarily.
Honest self-reflection is the first step toward maintaining a healthy relationship with gaming. If you find yourself identifying with any of the following statements, we strongly encourage you to use our responsible gaming tools or reach out to our support team:
- I spend more money on gambling than I originally planned.
- I feel restless or irritable when I try to cut back or stop gambling.
- I have borrowed money or sold belongings to fund my gambling activity.
- I hide my gambling habits from family, friends, or colleagues.
- I gamble to escape personal problems, stress, or negative emotions.
- I have tried to win back losses by gambling more (chasing losses).
- Gambling is interfering with my work, studies, or personal relationships.
Answering yes to even one of the above is a signal worth taking seriously. You are not alone — our support team is here to help you find the right next step, confidentially and without judgment.
Account Cooling-Off Period
A cooling-off period is a short, voluntary pause ranging from 1 to 7 days. Unlike a full time-out or self-exclusion, a cooling-off period is ideal if you simply want to slow down your activity for a few days without committing to a longer break. Contact our support team to activate it instantly.
Loss Limit Controls
Beyond deposit limits, kc99 allows you to set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once your net loss within that period reaches the cap you have chosen, further wagering is paused until the period resets. This tool prevents runaway sessions from significantly impacting your finances.
Account Activity Review
You can request a full breakdown of your betting history, wins, losses, and deposits at any time. Reviewing your own account activity is a powerful habit that keeps you grounded in reality. Our support team can send you a detailed report within 24 hours of your request.
Permanent Account Closure
If you decide that online gaming is no longer right for you, kc99 will permanently close your account upon request — no questions asked. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). We will also ensure you are removed from our marketing communications immediately.
Set a strict time limit before you start playing.
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
Take regular breaks and step away from the screen.
Never gamble when upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol.
Avoid chasing losses — accept that losing is part of gaming.
Talk openly to a trusted person if gaming feels out of control.
If you believe gambling has become a problem for you or someone you care about, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our dedicated responsible gaming support team is available around the clock and can provide confidential guidance, activate any protection tool on your behalf, or help you take the next steps toward recovery.
Remember: seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. kc99 is here to support you every step of the way. All enquiries regarding responsible gaming are handled with strict confidentiality and compassion.
